As specialists, we focus specifically on "Act 2" planning, and legacy/estate planning. We assist you in your decision making processes, help to manage your wealth, and protect what matters.
If you’ve made your money and are looking at what comes next, our complimentary process will provide you with answers to three critical questions:
- Can you make work optional, and if not yet, when?
- Are you overpaying your taxes?
- Can you leave a meaningful legacy which will positively impact the people, places, and things you love?
For those who have built wealth already, and are a good fit for our firm, there is no cost or obligation for this process as we want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

Qualification Call (20 minutes)
- Purpose: Determine mutual fit and understand your primary objectives.
- Format: Confidential phone or video call at your convenience.
- What We'll Discuss: Your current situation, goals, and whether our services align.
- Outcome: Clear go/no-go decision and net steps if we proceed.
Discovery Meeting (90 minutes)
- Purpose: Comprehensive review of assets, goals, and challenges across all jurisdictions.
- Format: In-person or video meeting with detailed data gathering
- What We'll Discuss: Complete financial inventory, goal clarification, challenge identification.
- Outcome: Complete picture of current situation and desired outcomes.


Plan Presentation (60 minutes)
- Purpose: Provide you with a clear summary, in simple English and on one page, of what steps you need to take to achieve your goals.
- Format: In-person
- What We'll Discuss: The one page executive summary, and answer all of your questions around it and making the plan a reality.
- Outcome: You will be empowered to make educated and informed decision about the right firms to work with, and the steps you should take to achieve your goals.

We will answer any questions you have and if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client. Prior to this we will have sent you a detailed explanation of this process and answered your questions and concerns.
