Editorial & Review Policy

How Wealth Architects Global researches, writes, reviews, updates and corrects financial and cross-border wealth content.

Purpose

Wealth Architects Global publishes research and practical guidance for internationally connected private clients, particularly people whose financial lives span the United States, Vietnam and other jurisdictions in Asia. The purpose of our content is to explain real planning issues clearly and help readers understand which questions matter before they make a financial decision.

Our articles are not written to replace personalised financial, tax or legal advice. They are designed to make complex cross-border issues easier to understand and to show where coordinated professional advice may be required.

Who writes our content

Each substantive article has a named author. The byline links to an author profile describing that person's professional background, qualifications and areas of experience.

Where tax, legal or other specialist input is material to an article, we may involve an appropriately qualified specialist. We identify a reviewer only where that person has genuinely reviewed the content; we do not add reviewer names for appearance or search-engine purposes.

Research and source standards

For material factual claims, we prefer primary and authoritative sources wherever reasonably available. Depending on the topic, these may include legislation, government and tax authorities, financial regulators, official regulatory filings, custodians, product providers and original research.

When an article relies on external factual material, we aim to link to the underlying source in the article where that source is useful to the reader. We distinguish general financial planning analysis from legal or tax conclusions that require specialist advice.

Review and update process

Articles display their original publication date and, where applicable, a substantive content-review date. We update the review date only when the article has been materially checked or updated, not for cosmetic edits.

We prioritise review when laws, tax thresholds, regulatory guidance, account access, product availability or other facts that could affect a reader's decision have changed. Older content may remain available where the underlying analysis is still useful, but material changes should be reflected in the article itself.

Use of AI and automation

We may use AI or other automated tools to assist with research organisation, outlining, drafting, editing or quality control. These tools do not replace editorial responsibility. Content is reviewed by a human before publication, and the named author remains responsible for the final article.

We do not use AI to invent client outcomes, quotations, professional credentials, source material or specialist review. Where factual claims matter to a financial decision, they are checked against appropriate sources rather than accepted solely from an AI-generated answer.

Corrections

If we identify a material factual error, we correct it. Where a correction materially changes the substance of an article, the article should be reviewed again and the substantive review date updated.

If you believe an article contains an error or an outdated material fact, contact team@wealtharchitects.global with the article URL and the point you believe should be reviewed.
